Consultation

Consultations include a property site visit to gather information, take photos and asses the home and square footage to provide the client with a proposal for future staging. This service is no charge.


*Walk and Talk Consultation $150 (1 hr)

  • Walk and Talk Consultation includes a site visit with the seller. We will then evaluate the home by taking photos and walking through the property with the seller. We will advise the seller on cost effective solutions to enhance the homes appeal prior to listing. A proposal for staging is provided to client. *Fee is credited if staging service is booked.

*Pre-Market Plan of Action $250 (homes up to 2500 sq ft)

  • Occupied home consultation includes assessment of property and recommendations as to what the homeowner can do to get top dollar for their home. A room by room walk through providing the seller’s with a specific plan of action to enhance the properties assets and appeal to today’s buyers. This includes recommendations for updating paint, flooring, and removing excess furniture, de-cluttering and relocating items. We suggest idea’s for organizing and adding visual value that appeal to all potential home buyers. It’s creating a model home look with your items while getting your home market ready. We’ll suggest items to purchase and add to areas of your home to enhance the space. We will then e-mail a detailed plan of action or “to do list” for you, the seller to do. (Homes larger than 2500 sq ft $350)

  • Occupied Mini-Stage $750

  • Occupied mini stage includes a site visit to the property to gather information, take photos and assess the main living areas. These areas include the living room, dining room and kitchen. We will then provide a list to the homeowner of items in these main living areas that will need to be removed, re-arranged and de-cluttered. We will then schedule a date to return to the property to stage those rooms using the homeowners existing items, adding a few new accessories for the homeowner to keep, giving your home a fresh market ready look.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

    • Using homeowner’s furniture and accessories

    • Adding a few NEW accessories for the homeowner to keep

    • Updating the space with color and accessories

    • This includes shopping time and staging property for max. 2 hours
